The three-phase and single-phase series compensated AC voltage stabilizer is designed by our company by introducing and absorbing advanced Western European technology, combined with China's national conditions, to stabilize AC voltage. The oil-immersed induction voltage stabilizer parameters (STJDJA) consist of a voltage regulating transformer TS (including oil tank, stator, rotor cover, transmission control motor M, handwheel mechanism), etc. Voltage regulation is achieved through an electric transmission motor or handwheel mechanism and gear coupling, with a rotation range within 180°. Electrical and mechanical limits are set on the upper end of the oil tank. The electrical limit cuts off the motor power via a limit switch, and the mechanical limit blocks the rotation limit with a protective bolt. The stator and rotor windings are fixed by the base frame and placed in the oil tank, which is filled with No. 10 transformer oil. When the load generates heat, cooling is achieved through oil immersion and heat dissipation via cooling tubes.
